HYT MT-690

MT-690 is the first digital trunking mobile radio of HYT compliant with the TETRA standard. It is characterized by powerful functions, ease of use, exclusive TMO/DMO mode, telephone call, data/message transmission and build-in GPS function.

All MT-690 series support both Trunked Mode (TMO) and Direct Mode (DMO) operations:

• Trunking Mode (TMO): communications through the TETRA network (semi-duplex and duplex mode)
• Direct Mode (DMO): direct communications between terminal equipment, without network intervention (simplex mode)
• Direct Mode under a DM Repeater Coverage: communication between terminals without network intervention through thanks a DM repeater or enhanced coverage
• Direct Mode under a DM Gateway Coverage: communication through the network through a DM Gateway
