Introducing the compact ProTalk® TK-3201 Kenwood‘s latest PMR446 transceiver. Sporting a new design that’s easy to use and hold, the tough ProTalk® really means business. As well as clearing IP54/55 and MIL-STD requirements for ruggedness, it offers 16 channels, programmable frequencies and QT/DQT channel settings, a highcapacity battery and a long talk range. All in all, it’s the perfect solution for construction, retail, hospitality, warehousing, industrial, facilities management and rental fleet.

Main Features:

16 Channels

The ProTalk® offers 16 channels, each of which can be programmed by the user to any of the 8 pre-stored frequencies, guided by the voice synthesizer.

Versatile Signalling

Sub-audible QT tone & DQT digital codes mute undesired voice traffic audio and segregate user talk groups on shared frequencies or radio systems. Similarly guided by the voice synthesizer, the user can pick any of the pre-stored settings – 26 QT tones and 12 DQT codes (plus Off).

Compatibility

Thanks to the pre-stored 8 frequencies and 38 QT tones and DQT codes, the ProTalk® can operate on the same channels and coded squelch tones as other business radio brands. So choosing the rugged Kenwood ProTalk® will not impact on any of your previous investments in radio equipment.

All-in-one Package

The ProTalk® is ready for use immediately after purchase. It comes with all necessary accessories, including a rapid charger and a powerful Ni-MH battery pack with extra capacity (1500mAh). A handy belt clip is also provided.

Talk Range of 5km (3 miles)

The ProTalk® offers 0.5W of power to enable direct radio-to-radio communication on the same frequency (simplex) for distances of up to 5km*.

Enhanced 2-Way Audio

A portable radio may well have to perform in a noisy environment, so the frequency curve of the ProTalk® has been customtuned to optimize two-way communications. Moreover, the 32mm-diameter speaker delivers up to 500mW, ensuring communications are always loud and clear.
